WHATISADAM (WIA) is a Montreal-based visual artist and muralist whose work blends vintage comics, pop art, street culture and iconic Canadian imagery.
Working across large-scale murals, painting, illustration and sculpture, WIA reimagines familiar cultural symbols, wildlife and everyday imagery through bold colour and graphic storytelling. His work can be found in public spaces, galleries and commercial projects throughout Canada and internationally.
WHATISADAM has collaborated with brands, institutions and cultural organizations including Osheaga, Sprite, Lexus, ALDO, Roots Canada and Montreal Eaton Centre.
